Classic country-style Hancock Park home that has been lovingly cared for by the same family for over 50 years. Welcoming you is an elegant two-story foyer that leads to the stately living room and its central hearth, a formal dining room, butler's pantry, and original kitchen. Spanning a good portion of the rear of the residence is a gracious and comfortable library/sun room providing easy access through French doors to the delightful terrace and lush English garden. One bedroom with en suite bath and powder room complete the main level. Upstairs features 4 more bedrooms and 3 original baths, including an overly-spacious primary suite with sitting area/office, 2 walk-in closets, and sauna. Outside, famed landscape architects Garrett Eckbo & Robert Fletcher created an oasis of privacy and serenity perfect for dining al fresco on the terrace, quiet contemplation in the garden, or refined living at its best. Two-car garage and covered driveway parking.
